Our manual metallographic grinding and polishing machine is the most widely adopted lab equipment for metallographic specimen pretreatment, covering the whole workflow from pre-grinding, rough grinding, fine grinding to rough polishing and final fine polishing. Different from automatic polishing devices, manual operation allows technicians to flexibly adjust pressure, grinding angle and running speed according to material hardness, effectively avoiding surface deformation, edge collapse and subsurface damage of soft alloys, brittle materials and precision workpieces.

We have developed a complete MP series lineup covering single disc metallographic grinding polishing machine and double disc metallographic grinding polishing machine, with multiple speed control modes including fixed two-speed, stepless variable speed, forward & reverse rotation, four preset constant speed and dual-disc independent control. The working disc supports customized diameters of 203mm, 230mm and 250mm, equipped with ABS or high-strength fiberglass reinforced plastic housing for long-term continuous laboratory operation. All units are fitted with circulating water inlet & drainage systems to cool samples and wash away abrasive debris during grinding and polishing, ensuring flat, scratch-free specimen surfaces for accurate metallurgical microstructure observation and failure analysis.
