Equipped with compact LCD small display screen and built-in calculation module, the whole operation workflow is simplified greatly. All test force loading, dwelling and unloading processes run automatically, while the core difference lies in turret switching mode. These two instruments fully comply with international testing standards, widely deployed in industrial mining enterprises, material research laboratories and university teaching labs for daily micro hardness detection work.

1.Precision integrated design on machinery, optics and light source The whole instrument adopts tailor-made high-precision structural layout for mechanical transmission, optical path transmission and illumination system. Indentation images observed under the lens are sharp and clear, which effectively improves overall measurement accuracy and reduces manual reading deviation.
2.LCD screen displays all key testing parameters in real time Testing mode, selected test force and force holding duration are all presented on the digital screen intuitively. Operators only need to input indentation diagonal length via the membrane keypad, the embedded calculator will compute hardness data instantly and show results on the display panel.
3.Reserved threaded port for external imaging equipment The machine is pre-installed with standard threaded interface, allowing users to connect digital cameras and CCD cameras for image capture, data recording and offline analysis as required.
4.Stable halogen thermal light source configuration Adopted traditional halogen lamp as internal light source, it delivers steady, high-definition imaging effect during long-hour continuous testing without flickering or brightness attenuation.
5.Multi-scale hardness value mutual conversion supported Measured HV and HK hardness values can be converted into HRA, HRB, HRC, HBW and other mainstream hardness scales, convenient for data sorting, filing and cross-reference inspection.
6.Standardized automatic test force circulation Loading, dwelling and unloading of test force are completed by the equipment automatically, which avoids unstable force application caused by manual operation and guarantees excellent test repeatability.

Core distinction: Motor-driven automatic turret, indenter and objective lenses switch automatically without manual rotation, greatly lifting testing efficiency for frequent batch detection scenarios. All technical indicators, dimensional data, weight, power parameters and applicable testing standards are completely consistent with HV-1000 model; the only difference is automatic turret switching function.

Standard accessory package is fully identical to HV-1000 configuration.
